Solution Architect

With your expertise in multiple programming languages, microservices, and cloud platforms, you will help ensure our systems remain robust, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust software architectures, including microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple programming languages and frameworks, establishing version control workflows, code review practices, and coding standards to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and efficient data storage and retrieval, and implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tooling for smooth deployment.
• Guide the team’s use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as part of standard workflow, setting the standard for responsible use where output is reviewed and understood, not simply accepted, while fostering a culture where engineers work independently and proactively surface ambiguity early.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously using appropriate project management methodologies, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior management on status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience as a Solutions Architect and a track record of successfully designing and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong grounding in software design and development principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns, with experience in modern web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), and familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) in a professional context, with the judgment to guide others in using them effectively and responsibly.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, comfortable proactively asking clarifying questions rather than proceeding on assumptions, with the ability to guide technical teams, mentor engineers, and address complex technical and analytical challenges.
