Join our team as a Program Manager, where you will take command of a fast-moving AI product initiative spanning live customers, clinical workflows, software development, deployment, and commercialization. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can operate at the pace and judgment an early-stage product environment demands, bringing structure and follow-through to a space where clinical expertise and technical execution need to move in lockstep without a bottleneck between them.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discussions with confidence and accuracy, representing the program directly to demanding stakeholders.
- Translate operational and customer feedback into clear decisions, assigned owners, and concrete development actions.
- Maintain an integrated delivery plan spanning customers, product development, and internal dependencies, keeping all workstreams visibly aligned.
- Anticipate and resolve risks proactively, without waiting for direction on each individual action.
- Coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders, the product team, and clinical subject matter experts, ensuring nothing stalls at the seams between functions.
- Establish and enforce disciplined governance across meetings, JIRA, requirements documentation, and decision tracking.
- Complement, not sit between, clinical experts and the technical team, providing the integrated planning and accountability that lets both functions operate at full effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven, senior-level experience independently leading complex software or AI implementations, ideally in a live-customer or clinical environment.
- A track record of managing demanding customer stakeholders directly, including recovering delivery issues under pressure.
- Strong command of program governance tools and practices (JIRA, structured requirements processes, decision logs).
- Demonstrated ability to work across technical and clinical domains without requiring either side to translate for the other.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and fast decision-making, consistent with an early-stage product environment.
