Project Overview
Healing Track is a neuroscience-based digital health platform designed to help people reduce or overcome chronic pain through Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). This evidence-based behavioral approach helps patients change how they interpret pain signals and respond to chronic pain symptoms.
The platform combines structured educational programs, therapeutic exercises, progress tracking, and personalized coaching to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Users can access self-paced therapy modules or participate in live sessions with certified coaches.
Healing Track partnered with Technology Rivers to transform its manually coordinated therapy and coaching process into a connected digital experience. We designed and developed a React Native mobile application, a web-based therapist portal, an administrative dashboard, and the backend integrations connecting them.
The resulting platform brings therapy content, live coaching, scheduling, payments, patient communication, and progress tracking into one system, supporting more efficient operations and scalable care delivery.
The Challenge
Healing Track’s founders had developed a specialized approach to chronic pain therapy, but delivering the program through manual workflows created challenges as they prepared to reach more patients.
Their existing operations required coordination across patient onboarding, session scheduling, educational content delivery, therapeutic assignments, communication, progress tracking, and payment management.
Managing these activities through disconnected processes increased administrative work and limited the team’s ability to expand its coaching services efficiently.

React Native Mobile Application Development
We developed the patient-facing mobile application using React Native and JavaScript for iOS and Android. Therapy modules, video coaching, messaging, scheduling, assignments, and progress tracking share a consistent experience across platforms.
