The Audio Transcription: Experience Building Scalable Software with Technology Rivers
The first project, we came across was Konsuld. We needed to build a de novo piece of software cost effectively, but also very quickly, and then we needed a good team that understood what the heck was going on. From concept on a napkin type company to deployed in the Android and iOS store, high- highly regulated healthcare environment with AI, like very sophisticated web app. That was the first time I engaged Technology Rivers and haven’t hesitated to bring them into other projects ’cause it just kinda works. 100% don’t hesitate to pull them into projects where I need very dependable, reliable output from a high quality team. And I really enjoy seeing the same faces pop up on the call. When I start a new project, it gives me a really good sense of confidence. I know this is gonna go well. I think the thing that differentiates TR is that there’s really very capable people in the organization that will push back and say, “Hey, you sure you wanna do that? We might have some good options for you here.” It’s never, “No, that’s stupid.” It’s, “We can do that, but would you mind if we added this stuff on top or changed the approach just a little? I think it might help you.” It’s almost always a great idea. Universally, everybody loves TR. Often I’m in a room with a CTO or a CFO or COO, and they say, “How can we go faster? Can we hire people to go faster?” And I say, “You’ve got a really capable team. They would love to go faster.” Ghazenfer as a business partner has been very accommodating and very creative about solving problems. I’ve seen more than once where a company has hit rough times handle it gracefully, and then inevitably it comes back around, and then TR’s right back in the game when it’s time to turn it back on. That’s a really tough thing for an organization to be gracious about, and I think that’s an unexpected benefit to working with TR. My experience with Technology Rivers has been amazing and I love the people. As a CTO, I really need high quality output and predictable results, and ideally not break the bank with the spend. My experience with Technology Rivers over several engagements, particularly early stage greenfield development, has been excellent.
